Dr. Kolegraff has an extensive background in medicine and surgery. He was born in San Jose, California, where he remained until graduation from High School where he was the Valedictorian. He attended the United states Air Force Academy, University of California, Santa Barbara where he earned a BA degree in Zoology and a BS degree in Chemistry. He attended medical school at the University of California at Irvine and was a member of Alpha Omega Alpha and received the Dean's award Internship and residency in General surgery at the University of Iowa.
