This procedure may become known as the rebe® S-Lift is done under local anesthesia.
This means you are awake much like in a dentist's office.
Local anesthesia is used to numb the area during the procedure.
The neck is supported with sutures placed under the skin from each side.
These sutures go around from below and behind the ear to in front of the neck.
The suture material remains in your neck to provide support to sagging skin long after the wounds have healed.
There are absorbable cones of material on the sutures that increase the amount of scarring and helps increase the support.
Everyone has different results from any cosmetic surgical procedure.
Your results will be different than those shown here.
If you have questions about any of these results, we will be happy to discuss things with you.

Neck lift before and after treatment at rebe® of Okoboji
This is a good result after treatment of redundant skin at rebe® of Okoboji.
This woman had neck liposuction and an S-Lift to remove the extra skin behind the ear and in front of the face.
At this point she is 2 weeks after surgery.
There is some bruising remaining in the area below the jaw which will continue to get better over time.
Everyone's results are different but the improvement is apparent.
