These photographs were taken immediately after the procedure in the video above. The 375 cc smooth round implants were placed under the muscle using local anesthesia and some mild sedation taken by mouth (Ativan®). There is some swelling due to the local anesthesia but the immediate result looks good. Your results will be different.

Before and 3 months after implant surgery
These photographs were taken immediately before and then 3 months after the implants were placed. The 275 cc smooth round implants were placed under the muscle using local anesthesia and some mild sedation taken by mouth (Ativan®). This patient was able to return to work the day following the procedure. This may in part have been because the procedure was done under local anesthesia. The result is a nice improvement in the shape of her chest. She looks very natural due to a good size match between the implants and her body frame. Your results will be different.
