Anyone who has seen Dr. Kolegraff or Dr. Sandberg as a patient before Feb 1, 2011 is a re*be® Patron. Remember Dr. Kolegraff started in this area in 1986 so if you saw him at anytime you are a re*be® Patron. Dr. Sandberg practiced in California but if you saw her there you also are a re*be® patron. Both Dr. Sandberg and Dr. Kolegraff were at the University of Iowa and anyone that saw either of us there is also a re*be® patron.
